Our ergonomic analyses

We base our ergonomic evaluation on research and ergonomic standards. After a measurement, we set up a report based on the analyzes described on this page.

Arbejdstilsynets vejledninger

We use Arbejdstilsynets vejledninger to assess the working distance from the body to the hands as well as work above shoulder height. The parameters are classified in categories: Green (minimal risk), yellow (moderate risk) and red (high risk).

ISO-11226 & EN-1005-4

ISO-11226 and EN-1005-4 is ergonomic standards we use to assess back, neck and shoulder joint angles. The angles are classified in categories: Green (minimal risk), yellow (moderate risk) and red (high risk).

DGUV-Annex-3

DGUV-Annex-3 are used to assess elbow and wrist angles. The angles are classified in categories: Green (minimal risk), yellow (moderate risk) and red (high risk).

Electromyography (EMG)

In addition to our movement analysis, we can offer to measure the muscle activity in the Biceps Brachii, which we use to estimate the weight being handled, as well as the forces exerted on the lower vertebrae (L5/S1) in the spine.

Pressure distribution

When testing chairs, we measure the pressure distribution on the semen with a pressure mat. It provides information on how big the pressure is on the semen, how much the user sways and asymmetry between the left and right side.

Are we missing an analysis?

We would very much like to hear your specific requests for analyses. We can tailor our ergonomic evaluation to your requests.
